Embrace you… ALL of you.
It’s time to Transition to knowing YOU are enough.
Your mind wonders and you think……
Your life and family look good on paper (and the internet) and your struggles are hidden from others, including those who care for you. Sometimes it feels like “that’s the last straw” and you do not know what you are doing. You begin to question “how did I get to this point” or “how did it get this bad?” You feel pressure to live up to the expectations of others, your children, or even yourself. You become overwhelmed and THEY become too much to handle in that moment. You escape back into your thoughts which leads to additional feelings and thoughts of inadequacy and questioning your worth or value. You wonder, “am I good enough?”
We have all been there! I remember, putting so much pressure on myself to appear and be “perfect” yet there was no possible way to achieve this. It wasn’t until much later that I realized life is a journey and it is about growth and not perfection. And let’s be honest- Life is HARD especially when there seems to be “no words” to capture, explain, or describe what is really happening.
NOW is the time to Transition
Life has many seasons and transitions, and like Texas they sometime happen in the same day. As a professional counselor, I work with children, adolescents, counseling students, and professional counselors who struggle in expressing their desires while helping them feel comfortable in accepting and acknowledging ALL parts of their true self. I am genuine, creative, and intentional and will work to assist you (or your child) in the journey to achieve your goals for this moment in time. During the seasons of struggle, transition, or needed change, I am committed to helping you move through it! Its time to embrace yourself (or your child) and everything you are and want to be!
